The Juicy Lucy restaurant opened in Palma, Spain in 2019, inspired by the iconic Juicy Lucy burger that originated in Minneapolis, Minnesota in the United States. The Juicy Lucy was first created in the 1950s, when a customer at the 5-8 Club asked for two hamburger patties with a slice of cheese melted in between. The hot, melted cheese oozed out when the customer took a bite, and the Juicy Lucy was born.

Since then, the Juicy Lucy has become a beloved burger across the United States, and the Juicy Lucy restaurant in Palma sought to bring this unique and delicious burger to the people of Spain. We spent months perfecting their recipe, using only the freshest ingredients and the same cooking techniques that made the original Juicy Lucy so famous.
